Ethan believes the lens through which we view ourselves and the world significantly affects our health and wellbeing. Trauma, childhood issues, and even our genetics can distort our understanding and negatively impact us physically, psychologically, and spiritually. Ethan finds that when we take a critical look at who we are and what we’ve experienced, we discover more accurate ways of thinking about ourselves and our environment. Ethan’s aim is to guide you toward a more empathic, honest view of yourself to propel you toward healing and resilience.

Ethan works with adults and children ages 10-17. He is especially interested in helping people who are struggling with anxiety and panic, depression, trauma, relationship issues, spiritual concerns, and behavioral problems. Ethan enjoys collaborating with individuals from all backgrounds on their journey toward greater health and wellbeing.

Ethan completed his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He received his master’s degree and certificate in psychological trauma from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. Ethan was a member of research labs at Wheaton College and the University of Notre Dame throughout his time in graduate school and is a co-author on over 10 peer-reviewed publications.
