Jeff Berryhill

JEFF BERRYHILL, PhD, LP, is a clinical psychologist who offers individual counseling for adolescents, adults, couples, and families. He also does psychological and pre-adoption evaluations. Jeff specializes in depression, anxiety problems, ADHD, and relationship problems. He also sees those serving in ministry, including pastors, missionaries, and their families.

Dr. Jeff Berryhill has done counseling and assessment for more than 20 years. He uses a variety of counseling approaches, including solution-focused, cognitive-behavioral, and family systems. He loves seeing a variety of people and helping them face and overcome challenges. He agrees that “A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step” (Lao Tzu). He has worked with teenagers in outpatient and residential treatment settings, as well as ministries in churches and Young Life, and he loves counseling with teenagers and young adults. He also does counseling with couples and families, including blended and adoptive families. He also speaks on counseling-related topics in both professional and community settings.

Jeff holds an APA-accredited doctorate in clinical psychology and a masters in theology from Fuller Seminary. He also teaches psychopathology and ethics/professional issues in the graduate counseling program at Bethel University. Jeff helped found and direct a faith-based counseling center in Fairfax, Virginia before moving to Minnesota.
