Judy Rotach is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. Judy focuses on adults struggling with anxiety, depression, parenting, relationship issues, grief/loss and trauma. Judy interweaves education about biology’s role in emotional health, developing new habits leading to improvement both individually and relationally.
Judy’s passion is to come alongside others in the struggles of life, facilitating healing and finding meaning through the journey. A specific area of interest is helping individuals who have suffered psychological and/or physical trauma through the use of EMDR and other trauma modalities. Judy believes individuals are not wired to go through difficulties alone and that healing begins as people gain awareness of the dynamic relationship between mind, body and spirit. The human spirit has deep resiliency, but can become disillusioned through pain and suffering. Judy works with her clients to foster resiliency and become emotionally healthy, with a belief that healing will change the individual and the generations to follow. Judy completed her MA of Counseling/Psychology at Bethel University, then attended Adler Graduate School for further education.
Ours is not the task of fixing the entire world at once, but of stretching out to mend the part of the world that is within our reach.
