Ethan Lacey, M.A., LPC
Licensed Professional Counselor
Ethan believes therapy should be more than teaching you to cope with your symptoms. His approach is focused on helping you experience long-lasting healing and growth. Trauma, unexpected events, and even our genetics can make life really difficult at times, but their effects don’t have to be permanent. Ethan will help you get to the root of whatever holds you back so that you can feel more like yourself again.
Ethan works with children ages 10-17 and adults 18+. He is especially interested in helping people who suffer from anxiety and panic, depression, trauma, OCD, behavioral and relationship issues, and religious/spiritual concerns. Ethan values collaborating with individuals from all backgrounds on their journey toward greater health and wellbeing.
Ethan completed his undergraduate degree in philosophy from Saint Mary’s University of Minnesota. He received his master’s degree and certificate in psychological trauma from Wheaton College in Wheaton, Illinois. Ethan was a member of research labs at Wheaton College and the University of Notre Dame throughout his time in graduate school and is a co-author on over 10 peer-reviewed publications.
